A family in harmony will prosper in everything. -CHINESE PROVERB I woke up this morning thinking to myself how cool is it that my entire family runs...it was only three years ago when I first started running and with no intentions of my family joining me. Apparently, they saw the joy and enrichment it brought to my life and have found that same enjoyment within their own life. Our family has has its ups and downs and for the very first time we have all found our harmony and have prospered not only in our running but, also within our relationships within our family. Through the various turmoils we have suffered over those years we have found a niche, a passion, and hobby we all enjoy that has not only made us healthier bodily and mindful but also, show us we are mentally stronger to conquer anything. All in all, our family has found it unity and triumphs in it. This is the most profound aspect that running has blessed me with.
