A family owned property seeking an experienced person who is highly competent with all aspects of running waters on a cattle station. Our station is south of Alice Springs and has the ability to run a herd of 10000 head. The preferred applicant will have the ability to maintain good verbal communications and the ability to take and provide direction. It would be necessary to work alone and as a team when required. Experience operating a grader, loader and other plant and equipment is preferred, as is general machinery maintenance knowledge, the ability to pull and repair bores, fences and carry out other tasks required to regularly maintaining infrastructure. Experience with windmills, mono pumps and bore motors is ideal. A current driver’s license is also required.
