A fascinating SAC project is our Siskiyou County Artists Survey, which will help us determine how to better serve artists of all types. The answers so far are extremely informative, but we need a few more responses before we will be ready to share the results with the community. Please take the survey if you have not already, and share or forward this to friends who are artists. This means visual, music, theater, etc. and eventually will extend to culinary, martial, gardening and other art forms not typically included in arts council arenas. Comments in these areas are very welcome. After all, art is simply creating something from nothing but a beautiful idea. Also, the survey offers easy ways to sign up for our e-newsletter and mailing list, and information on our services, like the SAC Artist Registry...it takes about 10 minutes to complete. Perhaps slightly longer if you would like to share lots of comments and ideas...
