A fellow colorist at work told me the other day, Hair-color doesnt break your hair, Hairdressers do. .......The longer I though about it, the more I agreed. Many different factors come into play when youre analyzing the condition of the hair and what needs to be done to get from A to B; Some of those options may further damage your hair, and some will make your hair feel healthier! Dont be afraid to ask questions! :)
