A fellow supporter of the Mount Washington Observatory posted this today. I liked it so much I modified it slightly to apply to my hike to support the institution which Blue Hill Observatory and Science Center helped start back in 1932. Good morning Family and Friends and friends of friends. In three weeks I will be hiking Mount Washington to help raise money for the Observatory. The Observatory is a non profit organization. They do all kinds of science and weather experiments and bring it all to class rooms in schools live. But without our help they cannot continue doing this. So please help me and the Observatory by donating to my hike a Thon. Remember all donations are tax deductible. Any amount helps and I am just over one fifth to my goal.
