A few days ago, I had the thought that I that it is about time for me to start looking into an online appointment scheduler for clients to be able to view my availability and just book their appt with me, and also that since I havent yet re-ordered business cards that were in my stolen car & I keep writing my info on napkins, its about time for that, too. A couple of days after I had this thought, I received a message & a call from an awesome woman & I just got off the phone with again. Ive been selected to be a beta tester for a new appt scheduling system like I thought/asked for, and at the end of the 10-wks, theyre giving me 50 free Moo business cards, which is the business card company I already use and who already has my design & everything ready to go. There may be some glitches over the first 10-wks, but if I like using it, I will be a founding member with a free lifetime membership. They are based in SF and may want some onsite yoga for their small start-up staff. Their aim is to truly help people doing healing work with the computer/insurance/marketing/invoicing end of our business that we dont really like to do because were not really that good at it. I realize I spent 15-yrs in Tour & Travel Industry sales & mktg prior to my 7-yrs teaching/therapy, but my brain just doesnt want to shift to that easily anymore. I am really grateful for this op!
