A few days ago someone had posted a request for out of the box ideas for giving the humble scrambled eggs a serious face lift. I am sorry I do not remember who it was, but that gave me this. I created my very own Scrambled Eggs journal which includes 7 avatars of the scrambled eggs, one for each day of the week. So, now you can have scrambled every day of the week (not that you will) and still not get bored! Hope you like it!
