A few months ago I wanted a small frying pan just for eggs. I priced checked at many store and while I could find a cheap one I know from experience that the cheap ones can be horrible and I thought why waste my money. I then started to look at cast iron ones. Pricy but worth it, Not having much money I went to Goodwill, bingo a small cast iron skillet, perfect size for one egg. I think I paid 7.99 for it but took it home washed it and then I seasoned it. When I went to put it in my drawer under my stove I found a larger cast iron skillet I forgot I had plus a few other cast iron pans woo hoo I hit the jack pot. Pulled them out and seasoned them as well. I just made myself grits, egg and toast and all I can say is that the egg was perfect!!
