A few months ago my health was slipping away. I lost all consciousness of what I was putting into my body and stopped exercising. I knew i needed to make a change not only based on what I looked like in the mirror , but on what damage my body was enduring from lack of self awareness. On November 1st, I started to plan out my strategy on a healthier lifestyle. I needed to come up with a menu of fresh ingredients and learn how to prepare and cook them. This took some time because it is hard to come up with a good number of different foods that you will not get bored of. It was also important to come up with a exercise plan that I would hold myself accountable to. It took a lot of effort to make sure that I stuck to my exercise plan, but nothing was more important then planning/prepping my meals for each week. This took a lot of time on each weekend to make sure it gets done right. November 5th was my start day. I weighed in at 305lbs. Today is march 17th and I weighed in at 255lbs, a total of 50lbs lost. Im not posting picture because its not about what I look like for me. Its about a healthier lifestyle that I want to live. I do have a goal weight in mind, I want to be 220lbs by July 1st. This will take focus and determination. It will take planning and accountability. I will focus on the little things to reach my main goal. This is not something I do for half the time, this will be #DayinDayout.
