A few months of guy busting three times a week training plus a TOTAl change in diet (hint we dont believe IIFYM works for most PT clients) and youd be amazed what can be done. Do not listen to people who try to limit what you can do just because they havent got it in them to change their habits and lifestyle efficiently enough. As an extra point, do you think you train hard enough? 1 semi-experienced trainee in 100 comes to UP with the ability to really push themselves for maximum results in minimum time. By the time they leave we aim to have that number as close to 100/100 as possible!
