A few more meals like tonight and Im going to be spoiled rotten. My sweet niece came all the way from near Winston in the snow to bring our supper to us. Christy Koontz brought roast beef and gravy, green beans with corn, pineapple casserole (which was absolutely delicious) cream potatoes, bread, cookies and Im sure Im forgetting something. Everything was delicious and Gary says Im losing my culinary crown. Im not sure I can go back to cooking again. Of course, Im also going to be gaining weight if I dont stop eating like this. My sister, Pansy, has kept us supplied all weekend with chicken and dumplings, country style steak, beans and franks, enchiladas, pizza dip, and so much more, plus friends have brought meat loaf, potato salad, pasta bake, salad, pound cake, chicken pie, BBQ, lemon pie, oh my goodness. I could just keep going on and on. I so appreciate everything everyone has been doing. Its kept me from having to think about what to fix. I feel really good, except I do start getting a little tired as the day goes on, so not having to worry about putting a meal together has been wonderful. And I love you all.
