A few note from my failure in Interview. Or rather, reading - TopicsExpress

A few note from my failure in Interview. Or rather, reading between the lines. After 30 tries at the some place, with no one there even remembering you for back to back bi weekly open interviews, its time to go ahead and quite unless you need to kill some time, or just enjoy filling out the form and working on interview skills as you know youll get exactly the same response as always. You dont have enough Customer Service Experence... Hmmm funny all but two of my jobs didnt directly deal with customers... strange how that logic works out... When a place simply asks you to wait when you turn up ten minutes early, and it turns inot a two and a half hour wait. The time to walk out was at one hour to an hour and a half. When you have multiple contact numbers, a week plus long standing appointment, and the inability to keep it, your first call after startign to sort you problem should be to reschedule said appointment. It makes a much better impression then having some under paid clerk insiting to me that it just be a bit longer for that two and a half hours. This said, two hours is enough time to fill out say 4 to 5 applications, turn them in and make a few call backs while Im at it.. Granted I dont have any where else ot be, I do have plenty I could be doing.. Which is exactly what I should of done. Appoligized, explained Id love to interview, but that I have limited timee, and a number of constraints and if I were to be called Id be happy to arrange a new tiem at the mangers convience, but that I had to depart.. Such a thing happens three times, and it be, Im sorry but I will be declining futher meetings.. Poor impression.
