A few of my never ending projects... First one is my 97 Sierra Trailmaster. SBC L31 stock internals other than valve springs and roller rockers(coming soon). Mostly a bolt-on fun to drive pickup, K&N CAI, Flowtech Shorty headers, Magnaflow cat assembly, Magnaflow X pipe, Flowmaster super 10s, Accel Supercoil, ported lower intake, updated Spider injectors, Efans, big block radiator, CS-144 alternator, 0411 PCM w/tune, Eaton TrueTrac. Will be switching to a Thorley Tri-Y header kit, Wynjammer 36lbs spider, walbro 255 pump and have a P1SC ProCharger I have been slowly rebuilding... Main reason for taking so long is having parts made for it. Goals are to push as much reliable power on the stock long block about 500hp and 13.9 1/4 miles. Mainly extra power for towing... It is a truck you know. The P1-SC will be intercooled, Ive been collecting parts one by one this is not a brand new kit I bought. The inside of the supercharger housing was pretty ate up for the original impeller loosing a few chunks but all the work other than tuning is done by myself and on a college budget. So eBay, Amazon and Craigslist are my popular places to by from for this. All the porting on the blower and intake were done by myself. Im only having parts made because of the internal shafts were ate up. Before the blower is put on I hope to have a pretty stout 4L60E built to last a few years so I can build a proper 4L80E w/gear venders OD.
