A few of you have called to see how things are going here. In a short answer...They are not. After not hearing anything again for a week after we were told the flooring was ordered and would be here in less than a week. One person finally called us back after 2 calls to him and others...The flooring was not ordered when we were told...did not say when..so sometime next week the tile should be in, not sure about wood. When they would start have no idea...no answer..(he should be a politition) :( In the meantime Larry asked about the wet wood under the walls and cabinets...no real answer to that either. So we are still in the dark as to when anything will be done. Maybe we are wrong, but this has been going on for over a month now, and just do not believe it should take this long..It is really wearing on both of us..very depressing to be left in this mess...which would not be so bad if they would just keep us posted, on what was going on..which they do not...So we feel left out of the loop. Who is dragging their feet...the insurance or company that is supossedly helping us. So we sit here waiting for calls that never come.. Will call the insurance tomorrow, however many people it takes to get some answers. Definately not satisfied with the work that is not getting done. Hopefully we can get some answers and have a better idea what to do. We will NOT leave the house for them to do the work while we go on our trip!!! Will post if we find out anything...
