A few people have been requesting that I do a workout video with exercises they can do from home that does not require much time. Also a few men were asking how they can increase their strength without having a gym membership and this is my answer... 15x wide pushups -> 15x triceps pushups 20x ceiling touches -> 20x toe touches ⬆⬆⬆⬆⬆⬆⬆ This entire rotation above is one set. Complete three sets with a one minute break between sets. Do this M-F first thing in the morning for two months and tell me you dont see a difference! Be consistent with it and commit to it. If it was easy everyone would be walking around looking like Channing Tatum Ill have some professional videos coming soon when I start advertising my online training session.
