A few photos of Bruisers surgery wounds and drain tubes. the last one is his feeding tube. Hes not allowed to eat for another week and a half. Fingers crossed hell be allowed to come home tomorrow afternoon. Ive got the rest of the week of work to look after the little man. He needs to feed in small amounts five times a day. A huge thanks needs to go to all the staff at JCU Douglas (Hes become every ones favourite) they have been fantastic the way they have looked after him, sitting in the cage with him for an hour at a time. When there not busy they let him out into the work area with them. And just looked after him with love. Weve been able to go see him when ever we like and the past three days take him out for a walk around and spend an hour at a time with him. Its made it a lot easier to leave him when you know the staff are so dedicated. These guys work massive hours starting at 7.30 in the morning and still there at 9.30 at night. The day shift from this morning where still there when we left tonight at 9.00 tonight. To everyone whose been involved Jan and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving our Bruisers life.
