A few reminders that have stuck with me since my visit with Randy Emata in LALA land: 1. I can/should/will/do conserve water even though Im not living in a drought state, and now Im the water conservation nazi to everyone in NYC. 2. Being organized saves me HELLA time. 3. Storage containers under sinks and inside cabinets make my life so much cleaner and clearer.... my life AND my surfaces! 4. When its clean, my mind is clear 5. When its organized, my mind is at peace - because scattered stuff = scattered mind... actually.... it is probably the other way around... mind first. 6. Sometimes getting peace of mind somewhere ELSE, is the way. Then you can return home, and put things in order. Thank you Randy for the love and the space. I was able to unwind there and get clearer and come home and keep the clear mind space momentum going, and am extending it here.
