A few showers beginning to pop around the area and that trend will continue this afternoon. These will be spotty with the best chance most likely along and north of I-10. Highs will top out in the mid 80s with breezy south winds of 10-20. The other issue will be the main line of rain in the western part of the state. If that continues on its current track it will move into the area this evening wtih showers and storms. Expect lows in the low 70s tonight with scattered showers across the area. Rain chances will continue on Wednesday and Thursday with the chance at 80% for Wednesday. That will keep afternoon temperatures cooler over the next several days.-Hank
