A few years ago we were taught that 49%=51%. We are now led to believed the same percentage under this administration...No wonder why we have steadily D average in Education. People we walk in the negotiation room with 49% and we walk out with 49%...nothing more but a little less. CWC retain controlling interest of BTC, they were able to get ZNS and a fix 2% sponsorship.....The Oscar goes toooooooooo CWC....
