A few years ago, while singing karaoke, I met a young singer. It turned out to be the son of a hometown friend who I havent seen in many years. Through that chance meeting I was blessed to rekindle a friendship and spend wonderful moments with Doug and his family. There are those who certainly know him better, but I am so fortunate to have called him friend. At a time where I have no real words, I send this out to Doug Spicer and his family....given our shared love of music, it seems appropriate.
