A friend asked me lately last night.... Maf, why do you like discussing politics and criticizing The poor leadership of our Governor when no one is paying for it? Why kill yourself over something that doesnt concern you? She said, after accumulating enemies just because you are against some leaders, the people you are supporting still dont recognize you or even pay you for that.... Maf, please stop this, they dont think about us, what they want is just that money!!! Think about it and accept my advice! I hope she willl read this and see my public reply... 1. I dont pay God to fight evil for me.. 2. A good citizen doesnt accept poor representation of their leaders at any level without objecting! 3. I am not interested in anyone to observe me because am saying the truth. Money will be made not only through politicians... 4. A democratic leader who doesnt keep to rule of law is an autocrat and that should be condemned. 5. When there is no provision of pipe borne water in your Local government, you should hold unto your LGA chairman but when a state government avoids the LGA without divine providence, there is no more room for grassroot leadership. 6. When a state receives allocation for over 3yrs 6months with little or nothing to show for it, my sister you got to voice out! 7. When your community doesnt have good road network and someone is diverting the LGA allocation to state account without proper utilization of the fund, my dear sister you either keep quiet and manage or voice out for change. 8. When a leader says he was not ready to think of the next election, and made it clear that he has the next generation at heart yet, he went ahead to release over 600 campaign vehicles, over 25 campaign buses of 18 seater each, my sister you have to wake up and fight for change lest you will wake up someday, and a china company will ask you to leave the state as it has been leased out. 9. When a leader endorses his signature in approval for murdering babies in the womb, He is trying to stop the future leaders from emerging! Wake up girl! You must not support the governor because he supported you to kill your unborn child in the womb. 10. When a leader prefers to rule his people on AIT, NTA, ORIENT FM/TV... You shold wake up from sleep and fight for the future because its more brighter than that televison station. 11. My dear Chidera, I wish you understand my plight and join the teaming youths in fighting corruption and these corrupt leaders... Thank you.
