A friend sent this to me and its literally making me sick to my stomach! Theyre classifying Bitcoins as property so they can tax it at the highest levels? Plus, its retroactive! That is total nonsense and completely BS!! There has to be a way to fight this! IRS wants their hands on our money any way possible and this is how they are going to do it. Because theyre calling it property its being taxed at income levels. ITS NOT PROPERTY! Its a currency or at least a commodity. It shouldnt be taxed at any more than 15% and you can you retroactive such a tax law? I dont remember the last time I was this mad. This is the government out of control. Not only will there be the 39.6% federal tax bracket for some but also have to remember the state will want theirs as well.. 5% for Oklahoma!
