A friends status mentioned that the world is BECOMING a scary place. I reminded her that are grandparents fought in WWII and Korea. That my lifetime started with Vietnam and then the Cold war and the middle eastern shit started when I was a teenager. Not to mention Grenada, Panama, the Cuban Missile crisis, Gulf war, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria. Those were just the ones I had remembered.
