A good employer sees the passion and drive in their employee, the fight to succeed and rewards it, puts in effort and time to nurture that passion, gives that passion and drive room to flourish and grow into success for both parties... A good employer sees the passion and drive in their employee and INVESTS it that, because that employer knows that passion and drive are integral ingredients to success for both parties. A good employer uses that fire, that passion, that drive to further their own success- because a well taken care of employee is an an employee that takes care of the companys interests. Word to the wise to employers: when you have an employee that will go above and beyond for your company, one that clearly lives and breathes their position... INVEST in that employee, NUTURE their growth, GUIDE their success because their successes are your own. You would be terribly naive to believe that kind of employee would settle for less than they deserve. And if you dont CULTIVATE that employees potential, you will lose that employee. And that would be foolish.
