A good friend to the McComm Group is retiring from NASA today. We were impressed by his wisdom he posted today and thought wed share... I was fortunate to be trained and mentor by the people who put man on the moon. Here are some things that I learn from them: 1. Take ownership of the problem. 2. If you have an idea, be consistent, persistent, and kind in telling it. 3. Never implement a rule or a policy that you are not willing to follow yourself. 4. Know the answer before they (Your Management) knows the question. 5. Be harder on yourself than you are on others. The Lord has truly blessed me. Congratulations Keith Smith! On to the next milestone!
