A good summary / Bible study is difficult. The Bible is composed - TopicsExpress

A good summary / Bible study is difficult. The Bible is composed of 2 testaments, 66 different books, 1,189 chapters, 31,173 verses, and 773.692 words. The different books of the Bible cover different topics and were aimed at different audiences. The books of the Bible were written approximately 40 different men over a period of about 1500 years. For this reason a summary / study the whole Bible is a great company. At the same time, the Holy Spirit was inspiring author of the Bible. God breathed His Word and used prophets and apostles to write (2 Timothy 3: 16-17; 2 Peter 1:21). Additionally, all those who have put their faith in Jesus Christ, have the Holy Spirit dwelling in them (Romans 8: 9; 1 Corinthians 12:13). The Holy Spirit wants to help us understand the Bible (1 Corinthians 2: 10-16). The purpose of our section of the summary / Bible study is to provide a basic understanding of each book of the Bible. The information of each book of the Bible, author, date, purpose of his writing, key verses and wrote a brief summary will be included. We sincerely hope that our summary section / Bible study will help them better understand and encourage them to study it in a deeper way.
