A good video by Nicole Wilkins. *Only thing I would add: You shouldnt sit back into your heels when squatting. When squatting you should be utilizing your full foot, drilling your foot into the ground to maximize torque. Obviously leaning into the ball of your foot is a form error though. If you only feel squats in your quads work on glute activation exercises and take them as seriously as you take any other exercise. Do not rush them. Also work on mobility. Lack of mobility can force you into a forward lean which will not allow you to activate your glutes.
