A good way to recognize and confirm a visitation from your crossed over loved one in the dream state would be to examine how it feels to you. If your loved one is happy, loving, and at peace, then you know this is an authentic visitation dream. However, if you have a dream and your loved one is angry, hostile, and scared, then this is your subconscious way of dealing with grief through your dream state. Remember, your loved ones are at such a high vibration, that they only resonate with love and peace!
