A good witness distinguishes between fact, opinion and feeling and is careful to not just tell merely truths, but the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We all have ways of softening the truth into opinion just to sound polite. We might say I dont think the bolt unscrews in that direction rather than righty tighty, lefty loosy. If its true, its true. Be careful of turning truth into merely one of many equally valid opinions. While we proclaim the truth, we remember also to do it with gentleness and respect - 1Peter 3:15
