A great big thank you to all of those people who took part in the Great Birmingham Run for us yesterday. I hope youre not aching too much this morning. We were out there with banners cheering for you at mile 3 and mile 8. Please let us know if you saw us as you ran past - by posting your comment here! We hope it spurred you on a little bit, knowing that we were there supporting you. We saw most of the people who we knew were running for the RSPCA, but we may have missed a few. Could you also let us know if you ran for us, but werent on our list of Birmingham runners by emailing us at [email protected]. Youll know if youre on our list on Birmingham runners, as youll have received an email from either Helen or Lucy. Anyway, thank you all so much for all your hard work. We know how difficult it was to do all the training and raise all the sponsor money. All the staff and animals here really appreciate what you did for us!
