A great day for EF at a local favorite, the Richmond Multisports Powersprint Triathlon: Drew Olsen, Avery Gillem, John Clarke, and Mike Krongaard won their age groups! Ricardo Solis, Lenora Mariner, and Grace Lancaster were second in their age groups, as was Cheryl Shaw in her return to triathlon racing! Joe Bednar, Andy Moser, and Matt Kwarta all had strong performances in their competitive age group, and all were knocking on the door of the 1-hour barrier. Nate Janocka was just behind them. Joe Henderson, Emily Heyworth, Joel Legaspi, Angge Legaspi, Ed Olsen, Leah Gillespie, Matt Leech, Lilo Navales, and Kristie Olsen also had strong races for EF!
