A great day of racing totally ruined by the inability of the CoC to consider video evidence even though the marshall report is inaccurate and wrong. Despite winning H3 Ethan was excluded after the flag. The reason given Ethan is behind #86 and rams him so hard it lifts his wheels off the ground and spins him off. However, the GoPro clearly shows different - an unlucky racing incident caused by #86 cutting across the track from the inside, catching the front of Ethans kart and spinning himself off. Im not sure where Ethan is meant to go as hes already on the far left of the track! This decision ruined Ethans day and lost him pole in the final. Even if i put up the cash for an appeal he still wouldnt even look at the evidence so thats a waste of time and money. Why cant videos be considered in instances when its so clear cut?
