A great evening of PT sessions last night. One client in particular progressing nicely after restarting their training with me due to a bad skiing accident leaving them with a nasty shoulder injury and eventually an operation. Great to be able to help them get their strength back and more importantly, their confidence. 2 more clients have also joined Flexercise and will be starting their training soon. Time slots are now EXTREMELY limited, so get in quick if you want some PT sessions or massages before Chrustmas!
