A great man passed away from this world today. For those who know me, the word great is not tossed around lightly. Andre Weber was a kind and gentle soul that commanded respect just by entering a room. Milestones are noted in various industries by single members who based upon their integrity and forethought have changed the perception of their respective vocation through example as opposed to mere words. Andre Weber was such an individual. For those of us who knew and respected him, we endure a personal sense of loss. For the future generations of the dive industry who travel here to experience the uniqueness of the U.S. Virgin Islands, just under the surface . Their memories will be forever remembered do in part to a man who dedicated his life to strangers enjoying a once in a lifetime experience. We as a community will miss you my friend. As an industry, we will strive to learn from your most excellent example.
