A great morning read! I have a crazy idea: Success isn’t just about hard work. We hear about hard work all of the time; it’s all Beyoncé and Jay Z talk about in interviews and it’s what Olympic champions say when they get to the top of the podium. There has to be some other factor in the equation of obtaining unimaginable success, however. What other traits have tipped the odds in favor of the world’s most successful people? What helped propel their careers before they had track records? For the past four years, I’ve been fortunate enough to research and interview some of the world’s most successful people and have been able to find answers to these very questions. Below are five of the traits I’ve noticed that have stood out in the personalities of people who have truly made it big:
