A group of individuals in Cork purporting to help familes who have issues with the HSE have appointed themselves as judge, jury and executioner in a Brehon Court. I believe when they convened the court last week, Gardai did indeed show up, to execute a warrant to arrest a mother who they had been advising. They had advised the mother not to appear in the District Court against the HSE. When the mother didnt show, a warrant was issued for her arrest. It appears then the mother went into hiding with her 4 year old son and was located on Tuesday by Gardai. What appeared to be a simple case now appears to be far more complex with the mother facing several charges. All because of very bad advice, however well intentioned. We have also learned that others have followed their advice and lost their children also. In one case the mother was told not to attend court or recognise the court. The judge deemed the baby to have been abandoned by the mother and she lost her parental rights. Ireland is not ruled by Brehon Law, Sovereign People or Freemen of the Land. Regardless of the merits of these movements, the State has the guns. When someone holds a gun to your head you have to follow their rules, right or wrong. In our experience we have found that judges dont follow the law. When they are forced to obey the law that the HSE seek to pervert to their own purposes, the judges often return the children to their parents. When they dont, we take the case to the High Court and even the Supreme Court and ECtHR. We assist solicitors and barristers and in return they assist us. We dont get paid, we have no agendas, we are not looking for any reward. We have found that we can work within the law and get results. We have made a big impact in the last few years and we have done it without any fanfare or theatrics. People such as those in this story do a great deal of damage and help nobody. Without credibility you can achieve nothing. There are those who would seek tar everyone who helps familes with the same brush. Unfortunately we cant publish our success stories nor would we be so unprofessional as to identify anyone we have helped. I would urge people not to become involved with these groups or individuals, especially if you are dealing with an organization as corrupt as the HSE.
