A hearty congratulations is in order to Virtu Scholar Ben Odhner who has just won a violin position with the Colorado Symphony! Ben has been studying with Paul Kantor at Rice Universitys Shepherd School of Music. Ben shared the following with us: This is an exciting step right after leaving school and hopefully the first big one for my career as a working musician. Thank you for your support in getting me here, I feel that the quality of the instrument you are generously loaning has made the difference in getting me to this point. I am feeling very fortunate to be working as an artist in this day and age.
