A heavily pregnant woman is rushed into hospital and falls into a coma. When she awakens, two months later, the doctor says: "Congratulations, you have given birth to twins, a girl and a boy. However, because you were in a coma, we asked your brother to name the babies. "Oh, no!" said the woman, my brother´s such an idiot, I dread to think!...Ok. what did he call my daughter?" "Denise," the doctor replied. "Oh, actually that´s quite nice!" said the woman. "What did he name my son?" "De nephew" said the doctor.
