A hot button topic of today is bullying, which, in concept, is the powerful attacking the powerless. In the most recent example of such, Albuquerque, NM Police Department has reached a new low in their latest shooting victim which makes their death-by-cop numbers reach an all time high: 17 since 2012 – that’s only 2 years, folks – more than the NYPD since 2010, who serve and protect a city 16 times larger than Albuquerque. What is happening there? Is the dry heat affecting their judgment? On a recent standoff with James Boyd, a homeless man, at his campsite in an open area of huge rocks amidst desert terrain, at least three officers with guns were said to have been threatened by the one possibly paranoid schizophrenic wielding knives.
