A huge compliment today for the Blue Belle Inn B&B and Tea House - last fall I made and delivered a few trays of our Comfort Cookie Creations to a customers parents in Austin. Today, she came to the Inn for lunch and said they liked the cookies so much that she wanted me to deliver a cookie tray every third week from now until the end of the year. She wrote me a big check to pay for it all and even left a nice tip. I am on cloud nine and cant wait to start baking (with my good helper, Carolyn)!
