A judge found Oscar Pistorius guilty of culpable homicide, the South African term for unintentionally, but illegally killing a person. Judge never should have given him months to have a psyche evaluation. All that did was give him more time to filter his assets, preventing The Steenkamps fm suing him in a wrongful death lawsuit. Diagnosing him with ANXIETY DISORDER is the same thing as calling him an azzhole... and no reason to let him get away with premeditated murder.
