The legislature chose not to put the State Fair on the list of banned places, and the judge is bound by that, no matter whether he thinks it is a good idea. So is Steve Troxler. Im extremely disappointed in both of them. The loss suffered by these victims is on their hands. The least they could do is reimburse the victims, but they wont. Im a lawyer--there is probably no lawsuit that can force them to. There should be, as this was clearly outside of the judges authority, and he knew it.
