A late afternoon run through Stickney Ridge hills, down to the beach using the no access stairs ~ which always makes me a bit on edge as there is one man who patrols those stairs and has, on occasion, questioned me ~ down the beach to Doris Court, to Grand, around the hospital and back home. A perfect summer day in GH, about 80 degrees, sunny, a slight breeze. Everyone on the beach looked happy and there were more boats anchored near shore than anytime I have seen in a long long time. A short, yet sweaty and happy run.
