A leader is someone who is the example. They work the hardest and they make others want to work through their actions. They are able to dictate tasks to others without being a tyrant. They are loving and friendly while being straightforward and honest. They get things completed and are able to have their followers be a part of the process without making them hate every second. Their followers want to do for them because they are so inspirational. Leaders appreciate their followers because they realize they do not exist without them. A leader is a person that makes a difference but knows they cant do it alone.....
