A leader must look beyond his own personal interest and together with the community of believers create possibilities for the future for their common good. When visions and missions are formulated together through the leadership of the pastor and by the leading of the Spirit, there is no necessity for the pastor to sell and enroll church members to such visions because they are shareholders of them from the very beginning and most likely, will be committed to support them.
