A leading Governmental Association in UAE is seeking to recruit the following: Food safety officer Detailed duties for the position Develop guidelines of food safety and standards for all food outlets Carry out an initial assessment of all food outlets and report findings to the Head of each establishment and the Catering Manager Schedule in quarterly visits at all units for all aspects of quality to ensure that the food served in all units is prepared and served under HACCP guidelines Develop a system for reporting key findings to the senior nutritionist at each establishment Develop and deliver training for catering staff to improve the standards in HACCP and food preparation Oversee implementation of hydration policy at assigned Units Carry out audits of all water stations/outlets as part of regular auditing programme. Education and training Undergraduate degree or diploma in food safety. Excellent computer skills Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and Arabic. Relevant work experience must include implementation and auditing of HACCP procedures, food hygiene and personal hygiene.
