A leading Regional IT Company has the following Opening Vacancies to be located at Amman office Bachelor’s degree holders in Accounting and Finance with minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Accounting & HR (Chief Accountant & HR Officer). Have the ability to join and work immediately. Job Responsibilities:- • Preparing and registering daily transactions into accounting system • Writing and preparing cheques, banking transfer and payment vouchers for local and international vendors • Responsible of preparing and collecting receivables • Preparing taxes and financial statements • Preparing banking reconciliations on monthly basis • Daily reports for receivables, payables and bank book accounts for management • Responsible of purchasing processes ( from the supplier to customer ) • Auditing financial offers • Responsible of preparing monthly payroll • HR related responsibilities ( Applying Internal Rules, attendance registration, suggest solution to our management to improve work, prepare Job Offer and Contracts, responsible to give the new joiner all the topics and instructions to begin his work ).
