Geotechnical Department Manager: Oversee the overall activities of the geotechnical department including review of site investigation reports, personnel supervision, project acquisition, operation, and technical support. Minimum requirements: 1. Master or Bachelor Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering. 2. 8 - 10 years of experience in the field of Geotechnical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position. 3. Coaching & mentoring skills 4. Organizational and marketing skills 5. Communication & negotiation skills. 6. Fluent in English & Arabic, both oral and written. 2. Materials Department Manager: Oversee the overall activities of the materials department, including review of testing reports, personnel supervision, project acquisition, client maintenance and technical support. Minimum requirements: 1. Master or Bachelor Degree in Civil / Materials Engineering. 2. 8 - 10 years of experience in the field of Materials Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position. 3. Coaching & mentoring skills 4. Organizational and marketing skills. 5. Communication & negotiation skills. 6. Fluent in English & Arabic, both oral and written. 3. Senior Geotechnical Engineer: Plan, direct and conduct work survey to analyze the likely behavior of soil and rock, direct supervision of ongoing project, reporting, preparation and writing technical and financial offers. Minimum requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. 2. 4 - 6 years of experience in the field of Geotechnical Engineering. 3. Team building skills. 4. Communication & negotiation skills. 5. Fluent in English & Arabic, both oral and written. 4. Senior Materials Engineer: Issue testing reports, coordinate construction testing activities with technicians and clients and ensure all testing are performed according to required specifications. Minimum requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Civil or Materials Engineering. 2. 4 - 6 years of experience in the field of Materials Engineering. 3. Team building skills. 4. Communication & negotiation skills. 5. Fluent in English & Arabic, both oral and written. General Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English.
