A leading industrial company in Jordan (Zarqaa – Free Zone) specialized in producing lubricants, has the following vacancies as per the following skills and experiences: W1- Warehouse Manager: -ÂÂ Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred. -ÂÂ 5 years Manufacturing Warehouse experience. -ÂÂ Warehouse Manager Job Purpose:ÂÂ Provides Packaging materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff. Warehouse Manager Job Duties: -ÂÂ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. -ÂÂ Manage Local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. -ÂÂ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. -ÂÂ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. -ÂÂ Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. -ÂÂ Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. -ÂÂ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. -ÂÂ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. -ÂÂ Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems where utilized. -ÂÂ Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
