A learning lesson for me today. I work from home and I am blessed enough to work on my passion and so I can get caught up in working a lot and never leaving it. In fact, I read about my work when I go to bed. I wake up to it first thing in the morning and it is what I dream about. This morning I was feeling low on energy. I wouldnt say unmotivated, just out of flow and lower on energy than usual. Yesterday I felt it too, but kept pushing through the 100s of things on my to-do list. This morning I pulled an angel card from Sonia Choquette cards, asking for more energy or what I could do to get more energy. I was filled with tears when I pulled up divine helpers, exhaustion card. It reminded me that I needed to rest and put faith in my guides and the universe. It told me that my overworking may be a lack of faith in the divine of it all coming together as it is supposed to do. Long story short, I spent my morning in meditation, watching inspirational videos and something funny and closed my eyes and laid there. Oh the heaven of laying there with your eyes closed in silence. When I felt rested and actually very renewed, I was able to complete EVERYTHING on my list in 2 hours. I was blown away! This list I thought would take me at a fast pace, two days was completed in 2 hours. Once again I was in flow. I am thankful for my spiritual guides who are there to remind me that I need to take a break and fill myself up. I am also thankful I listened. I feel so good right now and everything got done! Why do I share this with you?? Because our hussle and bustle may be a display of lack of faith. No doubt you need to put in your effort, but you also need to know when to pull back, renew and let God. I know you may be feeling overwhelmed and if you are usually a go getter and you feel out of flow. Stop, renew, reflect, meditate, rest and let it go.
